Payment
Airgate ApS receives online payments with; Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron.
Payment will only be deducted from your account aften the ARCS2 software is downloaded from airgate.dk/arcs2.
All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: EUR.
Airgate ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and can’t be read by other third parties.
Cancellation
A full return of 14 days will be given to the ARCS2 Global version software purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or indicated by your order.
The 14 days period starts on the day of download of the ARCS Global version software.
Request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the download of the ARCS2 Global software and be received within 14 days after we are informed of your use of the cancellation right.
Desires for the right of withdrawal must be sent to mail info@airgate.dk The notice must make clear your wish for the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation of the Free ARCS2 Local version software is not possible after download.
Warranty
A two years warranty is granted on the ARCS2 software in accordance with the Danish Procurement Act.
The warranty applies to all errors in the ARCS2 software.
Complaint concerning errors and omissions must be notified to Airgate ApS in a timely manner after receipt of the software. Here, max. two months as reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory.
You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Airgate ApS, we need the following information:

. Contact email
. Contact phone number
. Selection of ARCS2 version
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the ARCS2 software to you. The personal data are registered with Airgate ApS and stored for up to five years after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. The director and staff of Airgate ApS have access to the information that is registered about you. We store and transmit no customer information encrypted. As registered with Airgate ApS, you are always entitled to object to registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. You have these rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act and you are hereby directed to info@airgate.dk.
Cookies
https://www.airgate.dk uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, depending on your browser.
Log-statistics
We use a log statistic at https://www.airgate.dk which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistic of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the site it is leaving etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Airgate ApS website.
